1. This charger is constant urrent PWM intelligent charger. Keep stable heavy current in a certainvoltage range, it an achieve the purpose of rapid charging .
2. Charging current:In the process of charging,max charging current is 1300mA+-200mA(battery internal resistance will affect the charging current) fullness rate is 99%-100%.
3. When charging ,due to the charging current is bigger ,the charging will generate a certain temperature,it is a normal phenomenon.

The voltage of the battery should ensure above 08v,it can charge 1.2v ni-mh batteryif, The lowest range of voltage should ensure above 1.6v ,it can charge 3.0v lithium batteries and 3.7v li-ion battery.(battery without protection circuit) the battery's voltage is lower than this voltage ,this charge can't charge the battery,it should use other way to make the battery's voltage, then use this charger to charge the battery.
