This is a simple flashlight mount. It has very thick rubber and attached easy to my 1" handle bars. The benefit of this light is that it is peramanently mounted to your bike. The negative is that to take the flashlight off and use for other purpose, you will need to take the mount off of your bike and dissasemble it. I actually am going to epoxy the screws together so it will be very difficult to steal as my only use for the flashlight is on the bike.
