CHARACTERISTICS:

1.Charge 1 piece RCR123A Lithium-ion battery.

2.Charge with conatant current and constant voltage.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Insert the battery into the battery compartment with correct direction of polarity.

2.Connect the adapter to the charger and switch on the power.

3.Green LED indicates the power is on if there is no battery in the battery compartment.

4.Red LED indicates the battery is charging properly.

5.Red LED turn to Green LED indicates the battery is fully charged.

1.The charger is intended for use with Li-ion batteries only.Attempt to charge other type of batteries may cause personal injury and damage the charger.

2.Indoor use only.Do not expose the charger to rain or moisture.

6.If the charger becomes too hot,stop charging immediately.

7.If the charging battery becomes abnormal,such as becoming bloated,or emit smoke,stop charging immediately and leave.

9.Please keep the battery and charger dry and away from moisture.

2.It is normal that new battery can not be charged to its rated capacity when it is being used for the first time.

   To preform best capacity,new batteries have to be charged and discharged 3 to 5 cycles.

3.Batteries will self-discharge when not in use.It is recommended that you do not let battery sit idle for a long time before use.
