functioning of the scales for manv vears to come please read the following instrnctions carefully

before use.

correct operation and handling
.Avoid extreme temperatures. best results will be obtained at normal room temperature. please

allow the scales sufficient warm-up time to adapt to roon temperature(with extre- me tempreature

fluctuations this can take up to an hourl)
.the internal components need approximately 30 seconds warm-up time to stabilise .
.keep the scales in a clean environment. dust dirt dampness,vibrations drafts and the inter-nal

sesors can be permanently damaged easily throvgh roufh handling
.The scales are only to be used on a stable vibration free and level surface
.All ONIECTS TO BE WEIFHED SHOULD BE CAREFULLy placed on the tray

OPERATION
.Place the scales on ahorizontal and level surface. perss the ON/oFF BUTTON.
.the display will show 0.00
.place the obiect to be weighed on the weighing surface
.perss the mode butt to select beteeen the units.

calibration
if the scales shovld ever deliver a false reading they can be calirated in the following wau if

required; the scales have to be turned on before calibration wait for the displau to show 0.00 now

press and keep the mode button pressed until the word cal appears, followed bu 0.00 blinking in

the displau press the mode button once more.
the display now shows the maximum possible weight that the scales can measure. place the exact

equivalent weight on the scales the displau will now show the maximum weight followed by pass the

calibration is now complete

fault finding
the main reason for inaccuracu and imprecise readings is insufficient battery powrr, incorrect

calibration,overloading and use on an unstable or uneveven surface.the scales are precision

instruments and need to be handied according ly handle withe carel
