LED (linght enitting DIODE), Also known as light-emitting diodes , they use solid semicconductor chip as luminescent materials ,when the two ends together with the forward voltage,the semiconductor of the carrier compound happen, release excess energy caused by photon emission of visible light produced .LED with its inherent characteristics, such as energy saving ,long life ,vibration-resistant,fast response, cold light source and so on.

In the early 60th 20 century, people applied P.N junction of
seniconductor light sources principles to produce LED. first red ligyt-emitting diode was inventde on 1964 followed by a yellow LED.Blue, green LED was developde until in 1994 . In1996 japan Nicha Corporation
successfully developde white LED.

In recent years ,Science and technology workers in many countries as the constant-depth study of the seniconductlr light-emitting materials to push the promotion of LED manufacturing technology advances and new materials
(orystal and nitride phosphors) the development and application.

A variety of colors with ultra-high brightness LED has been made with historic breakthrough to improve the luminous efficiency near 1000 times.

chroma has already been achieved a visible light of all colors, especially the most inportant thing is ultra-high brightness white LED emergence .

LED lighting shall be the mainstream. Incandescent,halogen and fluorescent light source will be climinated by history . people will widely use of LED in the future.
