Hello SZOBM, Just want to ask about my orders shipment status on your website, why its still appear pending and processing? Your sales person Angela said the parcels was sent by DHL and UPS and she provided tracking numbers for those. Untill this day I had checked those tracking numbers but nothing show up from DHL neither do the UPS. Is there any problem at china customs? Or is there any change on those tracking numbers?
